It’s strange but Drum and Bass/Jungle music sounds really joyous and fun to me these days. All of the self-seriousness associated with it has faded away and I’m remembering how it was back when we heard this strange new music originally. Frantically funky, soaringly epic, and so ludicrously heavy at times that I couldn’t help but dance and smile through the night.
